You're Gonna Love It Link Party~Where Have I Been

If you have been following me for awhile you know that something must be up because it is not like me to NOT be posting table decor, recipes or even a Wordless Wednesday here.  Well time to come clean my peeps.  As most of you know I have been out of work since last year.  It's been a looong year full of many challenges but we made it through to the other side.  A few weeks ago I accepted the position of Client Care Administrator for a local real estate company. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I am enjoying this job. Coming from a background of commissioned sales it is good to not have to worry about that.  My main focus with this job is to keep the ship running as tightly and calmly as I can. Having been a single mom, raising 2 sons on my own, I know I got this nailed LOL! I also will be in charge of the social media outlets for the company as well as their company blog.  Hmmm...I think I may have that nailed too ;-)

Anywho, until I feel more comfortable with this new phase of my life, I will not be posting as often here, but know that I am here and the You're Gonna Love It link party will be held every week just as it has been for the past 3 years! With the holidays coming up I NEED to see your creativity to get my juices flowing and to work myself out of this writer's block I seem to be in. Yes, in a nutshell, I need YOU! (Just as I always have).

So, what say we celebrate this news with a HUGE party this week??  As promised, I will have 2 favorites to share this week too!

It's Time For
The Features of the Week
The most viewed post that linked up last week is from Emily who blogs over at My So Called DIY Blog
This is the before of Emily's bonus room reveal. If you haven't already, you HAVE to head over to see the After of this amazing transformation!  Emily is one creative DIY'er!!

The first of my favs is from my guys over at the Crafty Lumberjacks
I luuurve how they used chalk to create this fun decor for Fall

My second pick comes from the gals that blog over at Two Chicks and a Mom
They not only created this cute "Thankful Banner" they also provided the free printables so I we can all have one for our own!

If you have been featured here, or over at my  co-host Kim's blog, (she has a different Pick of the Week so go check it out...was it you?) make sure to grab an I've Been Featured button here.

Just a reminder: IF you follow me on Facebook you get first notice of this party going live each week. Plus, I share some pretty funny and awesome stuff on my page over there too (like my love for coffee)!

Now for this week's link-up!

Here are the really easy party rules:
Feel free to link up anything you have created (recipes, decor, crafts, written or photographed). Anything you are so proud of you just gotta share it with others.

You can follow Kim and I on social media, but it is not required. (We want you to follow us because you want to, not because you have to.)

KimFacebook / Twitter / Pinterest / Instagram / Google+
Kathe: Facebook / Twitter / Pinterest / Instagram / Google+

We would love it if you would link back in some way so that others come and party with us. Either grab the party button or add my blog link to your post or on your blog party page. But again, it's not required.

  12. Congratulations on your new job, Kathe. I find that stress (especially financial stress) diminishes my creativity. If you're like me, I look forward to seeing what you do now that you can breathe a little easier!
