Pretty Snow Capped Lemon Puffs

Anytime I go to do grocery shopping I always ask Mr. B if there is anything he needs or wants.
In addition to the usual toiletries such as deodorant or shaving cream,
he always requests dessert.

This past week I was tired of cookies and cakes so,
I decided to make something a little different to fulfill
his desire for something sweet after dinner.
I also wanted it to be easy.
/Two ingredients was all it took to fit the bill perfectly!

One package of puff pastries shells and one can of lemon pie filling.

You know I love me some lemon!
My most viewed post ever was quick, easy and full of lemony goodness too!

I just followed the directions on the puff pastry package and once they were done baking

I removed the tops and let them cool.
I then filled them with a couple of spoonfuls of the lemon pie filling.
/
A generous dusting of powdered sugar took them right over the top!

Sweet snow capped lemon puffs just oozing with tart lemon goodness!
/
And, Mr. B just loved the heck out of them!

I think they are pretty enough to serve as dessert at a dinner party,
with minimal effort, too!
